Why should I report an Issue with DI.FM: Electronic Music Radio?

But I do have two issues: 1) The lockscreen widget doesn't work with the Samsung S10, it doesn't pause the music; 2) The app goes into Ads and gets locked up, you have to unlock your phone, open the app, start the Ad, then you can lock your phone again, but the longer you listen the more this happens, until you get to a point where you have to unlock your phone after every song, I use Pandora at that point.I'm now experiencing an error where I'm not getting audio for the app? It's one of my favorite music streaming services so I'm going to keep it downloaded.

I love the music and the app, but I hate the fact that so very often, on certain streams, when a song finishes, it simply rewinds 60-90 seconds* back and plays that last bit again.

1. Fix DI.FM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DI.FM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DI.FM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DI.FM" » Open DI.FM: Electronic Music Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DI.FM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DI.FM: Electronic Music Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DI.FM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DI.FM: Electronic Music Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DI.FM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DI.FM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DI.FM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DI.FM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DI.FM not working

2. Fix DI.FM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DI.FM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DI.FM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DI.FM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
