1. The subscription isn't too pricey at all and if you really like jazz is probably well worth it.Great music, app keeps crashing on my Note 9, have to keep clearing cache and uninstall then reinstall.

ThanksWith the latest update the app was ruined, the cast option was removed, (something considered granted in similar apps), you always have choose your favorite channel when you open the app, because it doesn't remember the channel you were listening to the last time (so hard to do so while driving) and you always have to go to settings and choose best quality because the app always starts in a lower quality.

1. Fix JAZZ MUSIC RADIO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JAZZ MUSIC RADIO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JAZZ MUSIC RADIO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JAZZ MUSIC RADIO" » Open JAZZ MUSIC RADIO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JAZZ MUSIC RADIO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JAZZ MUSIC RADIO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JAZZ MUSIC RADIO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JAZZ MUSIC RADIO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JAZZ MUSIC RADIO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JAZZ MUSIC RADIO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JAZZ MUSIC RADIO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JAZZ MUSIC RADIO then reinstall.
