1. This happens every 5 seconds If you try to connect to your device during one of its drops you need to reconnect the wifi to your scopes /goggles devices wifi and then go back to the app and reconnectThis is so frustrating.

2. It could be really good..Was only able to connect to my device once , everytime after app always pops up cannot connect to device instantly, even though my phones wifi is connected to my device.

3. I've had my Trail for over 3 years and NEVER been able to download any update! With my Pard I download updates to my PC, laptop etc and update via a USB cable - no constant "connection issues" then.

4. You'll spend 20 minutes trying to get it hold a connection to download a 30 second clip to your phone if you can keep it connected long enough to download it.

5. It has my thermion 2 xq38 on my list and says it has an update but haven't been able to connect again.

6. Your device dont have internet and your phone wifi will keep kicking you off to find wifi that does.

7. Wish someone would come up with a solution , this is getting really old trying to connect and no one is trying to solve itGreat hardware, but the "app" please do something about this horrid piece of software (Android) it's totally useless as it stands today.

8. Tried all the suggestions about forgetting networks, turning off all other wifi devices etc etc - nothing works.

9. Customer support has been contacted, and "jadda jadda" nothing Running latest app and firmware versions on both devices, still the same issues.

10. Not sure why so many people are having issues unless it's one of them things where only the people with issues are responding here.Works for a little bit and the screen goes blank.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Stream_Vision Issues

1. Fix Stream_Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Stream_Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Stream_Vision App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stream_Vision" » Open Stream_Vision » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stream_Vision » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Stream_Vision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stream_Vision servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stream_Vision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Stream_Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stream_Vision might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Stream_Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stream_Vision then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stream_Vision not working


2. Fix Stream_Vision Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stream_Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stream_Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stream_Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
