1. This company doesnt reply to email and ignoring their product fault.Won't connect via Bluetooth... Uninstalled and reinstalled app, holding button, restarting phone, restarting Bluetooth, at my wits end and there's no online support - link to FAQ goes to a non functional page.

2. But I had try contacting them and teptron is not admitting the fact that their previous move 1 has a product fault and not helping in replacing it my remaining 3 modules with the new move version 2.

3. I will change to 5 stars when they will enable compatibility with Google home.The previous move 1 version having many problems that's why it's discontinued.

4. Arrrgh!My issue with pairing after reinstalling the app was resolved by holding stop button for couple seconds longer after LED started to blink green, until it turned red.
