1. but it works now and grandma is happyUsed to work great , liked it so much bought 2 of them , now just another picture frame , app keeps closing , unable to upload any new pictures, how can a product go from a hero to a zero in this day of technology , wish i could rate this app with a -- 3 stars .

2. once i had the frame connected to the wifi it wouldn't bind with my phone.i spent hours looking for info dealing with permissions all for not.

3. Now since around June 2019 the app just doesn't work! I've tried everything, cleared messages and rebooted my frame etc.

4. Going to try and do the factory reset on the frame and uninstall and reinstall....if thay doesnt work, or if it only works for a week, it will be going back.

5. Please fix , then ill fix this , had to give it 1 star or wouldn't let me post , wowWe purchased 5 of these frames last Christmas 2018, everything worked great the first few months.

6. Needs to have an easier way of placing your photos and deleting photos on an appthis app is awful the frame is nice but its like pulling teeth to get it to work with the app.

7. But frustrating that some pictures turn out upside down when they aren't that way in my photo gallery on my phone.Some pictures come out extremely small with black outlined around the picture.

8. tried again today and decided to turn the wifi off on my phone and tried to bind again.and that did the trick for me.

9. It lasted 6 mos.Looks like they fixed the glitch from Christmas...Binds pefectly to multiple devices now and transfers pictures nicely.

10. If you have trouble with Android and the app crashing, look into manualy setting permissions on the device.This product is terrible, I'm going to return it.

11. And actually it hasn't downloaded my pictures I've tried sending to it over the past few months.

1. Fix Aluratek WiFi Frame Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aluratek WiFi Frame: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aluratek WiFi Frame App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aluratek WiFi Frame" » Open Aluratek WiFi Frame » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aluratek WiFi Frame » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aluratek WiFi Frame app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aluratek WiFi Frame servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aluratek WiFi Frame" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aluratek WiFi Frame app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aluratek WiFi Frame might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aluratek WiFi Frame. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aluratek WiFi Frame then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aluratek WiFi Frame not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aluratek WiFi Frame be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
