1. as for the apps.. some images is not shown .. kindly uodate the apps.I think the app is no longer working.. On every tap there's a network error popping up, & I can't log in when I downloaded the app on another phone due to the same "network" error popping up.. If you don't want to miss out on the draw, get your card scanned at the shop, & download the app of your favourite shops.. I think every shop is going solo now.. Better to ask the cashier what's going on..Such a scam.

2. I have submitted at least 10 'forgot password emails' and have heard nothing back! I would avoid this app completely unless someone with an ounce of knowledge came in and corrected all the issues and had experience with customer service!!for me its a waste of money and time if your receipt will only converted into point to be drawn in monthly raffle draw.

3. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time my information was erased after amassing points, but the second time? Customer service can't reset or even locate my account with my phone number, registered email, or Civ ID? Too much of a coincidence to have happened twice.

4. This is not what I was told in the store so please fix that problem or cancel the application if it is not working well.Bugs in the application "Error Oops! There's been an unexpected error.

5. 2nd problem: when I added the receipt after downloading tha app it gave an error telling me that the receipt date has to be after the download not before.

6. Why? 1) it keeps logging you out 2) when you try to login, it doesn't always work 3) when you hit forgot password, you get an error.

7. No matter what is selected there's an error - opening the app, trying to select a country to register, viewing as a guest.

8. impeccable customer service too!Absolutely horrendous app! There is zero support available if you have password issues.

9. And you can't login.Oops! Unexpected error.

10. So when u go to contact us, it gives error network again.

11. so I had to add a receipt but when submitting, it says phone isnt online but that wasnt really the case.

1. Fix PRIVILEGES CLUB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PRIVILEGES CLUB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PRIVILEGES CLUB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PRIVILEGES CLUB" » Open PRIVILEGES CLUB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PRIVILEGES CLUB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PRIVILEGES CLUB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PRIVILEGES CLUB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PRIVILEGES CLUB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PRIVILEGES CLUB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PRIVILEGES CLUB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PRIVILEGES CLUB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PRIVILEGES CLUB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PRIVILEGES CLUB not working

2. Fix PRIVILEGES CLUB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PRIVILEGES CLUB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PRIVILEGES CLUB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PRIVILEGES CLUB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
