Thank you.Everything was fine until 2-3 days ago app logged me out and when i try to login again to my account says "Thsi account associated with this email address has been created with another provider and therefore your request could not be processed" shame i thought this would be good app but disappointed me hope will be fixed this error.It used to be good and mined quite a bit, but the app has been inaccessible for the past month or more.

2. The application crashes each time you attempt to open any of the integrated games.The App is ok but my challenge for some time has been that it kept showing me Update each time I want to mine.I have done the update in the past.I have not mined for over one week.I am not happy about it.My Pi would have been more than what it is today.

3. After i log in through my gmail account which i used to created alpha account, then my display become dark and it's remain dark when i open the appYou have not said anything about over 9000 coins that the app swallowed when I attempted withdrawal to the Exchange last year.

4. It states that my internet is down, but that's an outright lie.I've been mining this app for a long time and I have accumulated about 18700 coin,now the app is inaccessible, refusing to open when ever I tried logging in.

1. Fix Alpha Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alpha Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alpha Network App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alpha Network" » Open Alpha Network: Mobile Asset » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alpha Network » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alpha Network: Mobile Asset app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alpha Network servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alpha Network: Mobile Asset" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alpha Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alpha Network might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alpha Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alpha Network then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alpha Network not working

2. Fix Alpha Network Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alpha Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alpha Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alpha Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
