Why should I report an Issue with Hornet - Queer Social Network?

If only i was lucky, the apps can open.I dont know what's wrong with the app .. i cant open it anymore .. it ipens with difficulty then gets frozen .. it happens all the time .. please tell me what is wrongİm using this app a long time a few days ago i was trying to open the app and it said loading is taking longer than usual i tried a few times but it didn't open i deleted and uploaded but its still same and i cant use the app now please fix this as soon as possibleReally though??? What's the point of having advertised this app or having it featured for download if you can't actually use it for it's purpose? There's absolutely no way to get past the point of verifying validity as after you've put in plenty of work detailing your profile, it will prompt you to verify yourself via SMS verification code, only the code will never arrive, hence you will never be able to use this the way it's...

2. Took my info and then made the app impossible to use or make work? SUPER SUS.I don't know why after deleting my last account and entering hornet again and making a new account, the app showed me that I'm suspicious! And after times and times trying to get that verification code from cell phone number, i couldn't receive any code out of it! I'm frustrated with that! Hornet please solve this issue.Excessivelly intrusive and obnoxiously ad-loaded app.

3. The Play store needs to flag this app bigtime.Tried signing up, created a profile, then it asked me to enter a verification code from text.

4. Unlike other apps, it will reload the whole app and you will have to scroll through your feed to find where you are at again.Hornet app closes when im trying to translate or do anything after around 15 seconds.

5. Disgusting.. the experience has become very horrible and frustrating.I thought it keeps loading because my internet, or because i lived in Indonesia.

6. Since it still loading, i move to another place looking for the internet, still same, switch from my data to wifi, it doesnt change.

7. My only real complaint is that when you click an external link, it doesn't save your place in the app for more than a minute or two.

9. Have to wait until it opens it's self again, then it happens again... so frustrating.

10. Is there anything I can do as I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same result!The app reboots on itself every 10 secs.

1. Fix Hornet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hornet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hornet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hornet" » Open Hornet - Queer Social Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hornet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hornet - Queer Social Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hornet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hornet - Queer Social Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hornet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hornet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hornet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hornet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hornet not working

2. Fix Hornet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hornet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hornet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hornet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
