Why should I report an Issue with GROM - Social Network For Kids?

1. Daughter is upset as app looked good.. Oh and I paid the fee it wanted.My daughter likes the app nice and everything but we tried to change some of the information but it did not work and still🙄It laggs so much it took me an hour to make the video load and it didn't even show up I mean it is good for like 5-7 kids but ya not very awesome do not recommend for 10-13 so ya and you can not comment without an adult account but I'm going to keep itNot impressed so far.

It's a great app for kids and no ads or anything but I don't like it.This app wouldn't let my child chose if she was a boy or a girl we can't get it off boy Plus the effects won't work and it keeps glitchingMy daughter liked it when we first downloaded it, but when we tried to film a video it wouldn't work, we uninstalled app & reinstalled it but same problem of not being able to record.

3. App runs well, just not what I'm looking for, maybe in the future!This app glitches and when I try to make a video it loads for like an hour and when I try to make an emoji all it has is the same hair and exercise.It's always so slow and lagging even though we have good internet.

4. I try and make a video and it always says 'unable to make video restart application' and its making me unhappy as i think it is just very very laggyKid version of tiktok or Facebook shorts.

5. Also when I try to change my gromatar I noticed the accessories and things won't appear on the screen and when I try to change my profile and I click, it won't work.

6. I can't enter the app because of the things at the bottom like the triangle the circle and the square that most people have on their phones its the option bar it is blocking whaf I am not seeing.

7. Paid the dollar and signed up for the monthly subscription but it still shows my child is waiting on my approval.

8. We then tried it on my new phone but still same problem of when recording the red record light won't stop.

9. I'm looking more for something like popjam or a kids' Facebook, with the posting and pictures and fewer videos, unfortunately.

10. When I signed in I didnt see what I should have pressed in order to write my user name.

11. If there's a button at thd bottom to press so that I can enter and use tgis app.

1. Fix GROM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GROM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GROM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GROM" » Open GROM - Social Network For Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GROM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GROM - Social Network For Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GROM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GROM - Social Network For Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GROM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GROM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GROM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GROM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GROM not working

2. Fix GROM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GROM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GROM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GROM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
