1. But it bugs out with lot, especially when you are viewing a page, it just seems to go black as if there is some sort of timer to which you can be on someone's timeline, that has to fixed, especially when you want to view some old content which needs much scrolling down to find.
2. You can't add anyone by their username and instead have to sync your entire contact list, but even after doing so, it doesn't show anyone as being a user, despite the fact that I know at least two.Giving only 4 stars until they fix the problem with adding contacts and your security circle.
3. The only "mining" going on is of your contact info and social graph, and ad revenue from ads that are still displayed even when you have supposedly turned them off in the settings.
4. For example, I've confirmed my name 3 times now and the countdown is still there letting me know I only have 11 days left to confirm my name.
5. Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact.
6. For example, you need to check the app after EXACTLY 24 hours, which means it always creeps later and eventually you lose whole days.
7. So far I enjoy the app for its potential.I believe it's a great opportunity to develop a more secure and successful monetary exchange.
8. I don't mind some ads to keep the lights on but what I just experienced was for sure too much.Interesting but half-baked.
9. I'm sure the smart guys at Stanford will continue to fix these little bugs.
10. Just a banner at the top of the page or something like that would be way better than the 3 loud and annoying full page ads I just had to skip thru.
11. If it bugs you that much, shut it off.From what I know it is an interesting idea and an easy app to use and get into.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pi Network Issues
1. Fix Pi Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Pi Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Pi Network App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pi Network" » Open Pi Network » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pi Network » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Pi Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pi Network servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pi Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Pi Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pi Network might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Pi Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pi Network then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pi Network not working
2. Fix Pi Network Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pi Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pi Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pi Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

When I joined Pi I don't remember putting any login details, Facebook verification, or Phone number into Pi. I only remember creating a username. I was using Pi one day and realised that my Pi was not connected to my Facebook. When I tried connecting it, an error message came up saying that "This Facebook account already was connected to an account". This was very strange as I hadn't set up any account using it. So I ended up logging out of my Pi and tried logging in through Facebook to try and delete the account which was on there. It then took me to a sign up page so it was then clear I didn't have an account connected to Facebook. I then realised that there was no way for me to log in. Every way I tried it brought me to the sign up page. This was around two months ago and ever since this day I have not been able to log into my account. I have now lost over 500 Pi which I had been mining for nearly a year. Very disappointing as this issue has still not been resolved.
