1. I have a Samsung phone.It promises to show mugshots & a list of charges, but doesn't.

2. If not I guess I will chalk it up to a loss of an all that I literally used 2-3 times a day.This App SUCKS!! It will NOT work properly unless you allow it to know your location and access your pictures, phone calls, text and files in your phone.

3. I've been using this app for several years and it just keeps getting worse.When I first started using this app about a year ago it worked flawlessly.

4. Utter bs!First, why does an app whose job is to show pictures uploaded by law enforcement need access to my files to operate? That seems new, and absolutely unnecessary.

5. Last week, after almost 3 years, it started showing mugshots.

6. Also to allow it to make phone calls and texts!!!! An absolute invasion of privacy.

7. I'll click the X on one set of ads and then a similar set of ads show up with the X in the opposite corner.

8. The next time the advertisement doesn't pop up and you just see a blank screen.

9. They pop up after every single click and now the ads have no option to close after viewing.

10. And they have sound.This app used to be great, but charges shown are spotty, and it's absolutely covered in ads.

11. Each county in my state that I tap on it gives me a message saying "You've viewed all the information, check back later".

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open MobilePatrol Public Safety App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MobilePatrol Public Safety App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobilePatrol Public Safety App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
