1. The SQ mixer firmware and SQ4You app must share the same major release version but maintenance version numbers do not need to be identical, for example SQ4You V1. 5. 0 is compatible with SQ firmware V1. 5. 1.

1. I've tried everything...reinstalling the app, restarting, removing and adding the boards wifi...nothing. The app simply refuses to connect but will connect with previous versions of Android.Used to work great.

11. Any timescale A&H of when you expect this to be resolved? Have tried turning off my mobile data and that didn't work.

1. Fix SQ4You Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SQ4You: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SQ4You App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SQ4You" » Open SQ4You » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SQ4You » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SQ4You app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SQ4You servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SQ4You" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SQ4You app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SQ4You might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SQ4You. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SQ4You then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SQ4You not working

2. Fix SQ4You Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SQ4You be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SQ4You not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SQ4You may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
