Why should I report an Issue with Squeezer?

1. Adding a favorite asks for confirmation & then backs you out 1 tier? Lot of old timeyness to the layout that's a shame, as it's nice to have access to my stuff thats not on spotify, but unfortunately it's a lot of work on the backend to get to a point where it would feel passably usable as a replacement.

2. However, there's one small issue: when I use it from my phone to play a radio station on my SBR (via my local server), the radio stops playing if I turn my phone off (or if my phone loses WiFi signal).

3. They seem ridiculously large on an htc u11 and kinda ruin the entire interface from what it was.This is a great app, and it works extremely well overall with my local server.

9. I'm glad someone makes this stuff though for sure.Few minor bugs after the rewrite (track position wasn't upfating occasionally), but I'm impressed and happy to report it's still solid.

10. I'm going to try to see if I can sideload an earlier version of the interface while keeping the new protocol implementation.Fantastic app, especially now that Logitech no longer supports the Squeezebox line.

11. Also the all albums view option should be moved to the beginning of the list for all lists so that you don't have to scroll to the end of the list to view all albums.

1. Fix Squeezer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Squeezer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Squeezer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Squeezer" » Open Squeezer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Squeezer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Squeezer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Squeezer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Squeezer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Squeezer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Squeezer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Squeezer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Squeezer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Squeezer not working

2. Fix Squeezer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Squeezer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Squeezer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Squeezer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
