1. First of all they said you have one free permanent track slot to use, but that is no longer a case any more.This app tracks and it's not free they trying to charge me and I just open the account just installed wouldn't reccomend this to anyone.I just want to publish my music...it's the first time i use this app.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TopTrack Issues
1. Fix TopTrack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart TopTrack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the TopTrack App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TopTrack" » Open TopTrack - Promote your music » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TopTrack » click "UPDATE".
- Clear TopTrack - Promote your music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TopTrack servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TopTrack - Promote your music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check TopTrack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TopTrack might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall TopTrack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TopTrack then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TopTrack not working
2. Fix TopTrack Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TopTrack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TopTrack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TopTrack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
