1. Good Works & Continue the Great WorksI don't know why it's difficult to use... It's so slow on my phone that if I want to checkin ,it takes long before doing that and I would be recorded late,and sometimes I had to borrowed my colleagues phone to login and checkin , it's so annoying, my team leader was always angry wit me that maybe I should change my mobile phone bcos of the app and I don't have any hope on that for now..... I don't know what to do now.... The app is giving hard times at workI just don't understand what's wrong with this app.

I need Ding for work and this lack of notification is a HUGE problem.After launched the app, it keeps showing "Connecting" for more than 10sec.. but nothing wrong with other apps except Dingtalk... Another issue is that it keeps disconnecting after I exited the app, not kill the app... I have to launch it many times to check if there's any messages... Already set run app in background mode but it's still not workingI started using the DingTalk app from 2021 and I have to say that it is an excellent app.

3. This means that if I ever need to change my account number, I have to go through the process of creating a new account.A great messaging apps with lots of tools like spreadsheet etc, but sadly The Android version for Tablet cannot open multiple documents like the pc/windows version.

4. User interface and experience are bad too.The app doesn't work on Custom ROM, when i want to attend it only shows me blank black screen, and when i try to check other pages it also gave me a blank screenGarbage... Difficult to login, refers to chatbots that are as good as Microsoft Clippy.

5. Please, I will be glad if my account can be restored back to me.Recently we are facing problem with clock in and clock out punch.

1. Fix DingTalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DingTalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DingTalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DingTalk" » Open DingTalk - Make It Happen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DingTalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DingTalk - Make It Happen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DingTalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DingTalk - Make It Happen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DingTalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DingTalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DingTalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DingTalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DingTalk not working

2. Fix DingTalk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DingTalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DingTalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DingTalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
