1. What I experience is I don't get any service and my subscription is wasting at a time I want it most.Unfortunately, the application is very bad and does not deserve any star .. A month ago I updated the program and purchased a premium version for 3 months .. However, the application settings remained suspended and two weeks ago the program did not work at all .. 7. I informed the technical team about this and the answer is they are work on speeding up the servers and because of that service is interrupted.

1. Fix WaRadar Online Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WaRadar Online: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WaRadar Online App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WaRadar Online" » Open WaRadar Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WaRadar Online » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WaRadar Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WaRadar Online servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WaRadar Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WaRadar Online app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WaRadar Online might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WaRadar Online. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WaRadar Online then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WaRadar Online not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WaRadar Online be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WaRadar Online not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WaRadar Online may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
