1. I thought to try something different and your service will be simple to use, but now I think after all registration hassle - Is your service worth of try? , or better use traditional car rental companies.Not worth the trouble... Very bureaucratic to get approved... First time I tried, I didn't get approved because I had my Swedish driver's license for less than a year... The second time, they're asking me for my payslip... Why the hell do they need my payslip??Where supposed to have a rentsl deal, which was cancelled on the night the car was needed.

2. Later driver claimed, that I didn't show up.Hello gomore! I wonder if anybody checking my documents for approval... Looks like everytime I upload requested documents, I got denied for approval.

3. dont reccomend.The app itself works OK, would've given 4 stars if it hadn't been for the extra 30 EUR charged for delivering the car 1h later (agreed by with the car owner) As a renter you don't have much input to give in the app besides signing the contract at the beginning and the end, which makes you feel without control.

4. Not using again.Why we don't have this sort of app in the UK is beyond me! Using the app to hire someones car or get a lift is super simple and is far cheaper than renting a car from an airport, or getting public transport.

5. Focus on offering a great service instead of making extra money:)I was rejected from booking a car seven times in a row, most of the times with bogus answers like "busy that day sorry".

6. Not to mention the convenience that you aren't tied to hiring a car or getting transport from just an airport.Pros: + Is it easy to rent a car through this app.

7. Fantastic idea and very good, easy to use, platform, with several options (cars) nearby, and peace of mind with included insurance.

10. - They charged me 6 eur more (at the last step of confirmation) compared to original shown price (including amovens fees) without any explanation why.

11. I would appreciate a checkbox to mention when the owner wants it back washed so you can plan ahead in time and money.

1. Fix Amovens Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amovens: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amovens App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amovens" » Open Amovens » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amovens » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amovens app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amovens servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amovens" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amovens app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amovens might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amovens. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amovens then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amovens not working

2. Fix Amovens Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amovens be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amovens not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amovens may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
