Why should I report an Issue with VFly: video editor&video maker?

1. The problem is that It takes a lot time to download and I can't make some videos in that ....... (PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM)Such a bad app .I m giving just one star bcz if I didn't give star so I can't comment on this app .

2. But all of this it lags more...and when lagging stops then adds occur plz less adds and add some sensitivity..fix itttttt.. If u can't so I recommend to people don't download this app it's an ordinary app....for 32 or upto mbsFake app developed by fraudsters.

3. Don't download please they are playing with it all the pictures are very personal for everyone shame on you.Very best editor app but when i edit video and photo then the file is saving there is show try again making.

4. It only have one job, that is to edit, and it can't do that properly 70% of the time.Don't use this app all the videos save in whatsapp status in this app it is harmfull why you guys are doing this there is no option to delete.

1. Fix VFly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VFly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VFly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VFly" » Open VFly: video editor&video maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VFly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VFly: video editor&video maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VFly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VFly: video editor&video maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VFly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VFly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VFly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VFly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VFly not working

2. Fix VFly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VFly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VFly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VFly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
