1. I can with other games I play.The only thing I've seen so far that needs improvement is the games/arcade and camera section because everytime I try to use it for my child to get more points etc it errors out and says that portion of the app isn't working.

2. Made a self donation and it's not checking that challenge off and that's all she needs to finish all 8.The "scan heart image check" does not work in app nor do any of the games.

3. It really shouldn't be so complicated that a 2 year old phone can't work with the feature.Glitchy. It started glitching where I can't log the days in the challenge; it won't scroll to show it.

4. You get kids all excited to do this stuff only for them to fail simply because their parents do not have the latest phones? Worse mine is only a year old it should b able to do AR.

5. My issue with the app is that they get the kids all excited about making their stickers and heart heroes come to life with the augmented reality part of the app.

6. If you can get that working I'll gladly give five stars.Easy to navigate, the only thing that was frustrating was when trying to donate inside the app, it was freezing, so I had no idea of we had actually donated.

7. Now this year it says my device (same phone) is not compatible.

9. I downloaded the app last year because she was desperate to use that feature.

10. Additionally, selecting that you have participated should be based on the calendar day (date) instead of on a 24 hour cycle.So my daughter has finished 9 out of the 10 missions.

1. Fix AHA Schools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AHA Schools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AHA Schools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AHA Schools" » Open AHA Schools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AHA Schools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AHA Schools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AHA Schools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AHA Schools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AHA Schools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AHA Schools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AHA Schools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AHA Schools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AHA Schools not working

2. Fix AHA Schools Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AHA Schools be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AHA Schools not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AHA Schools may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
