1. Overall, nice tool that helps me keep track of my kiddos and saves us from unnecessary wait times at the bus stops.Never works.. It kind of worked for the first week or two and then hasn't worked the rest of year.

Adding a way to communicate with the buses dispatch is also a good idea, seeing as how no one ever answers the phone number provided and the voicemail box is full!This app has been a good help for me to know where my bus is and the service is great help for any problems people may have with the app.It's ok but lags way behind on where bus actually is.

6. Usually the image of the bus driving is accurate thou so sometimes I just go by that instead of the time but the bus doesnt always show up because the time is off.

10. When it is working the school did their part and made sure the trackers are turned on.The routes need to be updated.

1. Fix BusWhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BusWhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BusWhere App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BusWhere" » Open BusWhere for Schools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BusWhere » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BusWhere for Schools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BusWhere servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BusWhere for Schools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BusWhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BusWhere might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BusWhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BusWhere then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BusWhere not working

2. Fix BusWhere Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BusWhere be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BusWhere not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BusWhere may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
