1. Horrible customer experience to not have been informed of that by the company directly, especially when I've used this app for almost four years now.This app is so easy to use! It only takes a couple of seconds to snap a photo of your receipts & submit them for either points towards cash or entries into their monthly giveaways.
2. I even tried different receipts but nothing worked.Have not been able to upload receipts for the past week, though about to a reply from another review on Google Play, that's because Shoparoo is no longer accepting them in-app.
3. Every reciept I upload says, "oops something went wrong, unable to upload..." I understand they are ending the program but it said we could upload receipts until Aug.31 and with schools in desperate need of fundraising I dont understand why they won't accept any reciepts.
4. is this a recent bug?It's a great app and concept, except that it really doesn't read receipts that well, you can report a mistake once but then it's a settled matter, and it will incorrectly tell me I have duplicate receipts or blurry receipts and I don't know how much clearer they could be without me mailing it in to you.
5. I have one receipt for a 300 dollar purchase at gamestop that it keeps telling me is incomplete but it is a short, one item purchase that is clear, clearly marked, date and time stamped.This is a great app for collecting user data in a non-intrusive way.
6. Tried submitting receipts through my Google Pixel 3 and through my husband's Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
7. My latest receipt has all the information needed and should have been awarded points but was not, so I reported a mistake and that I was rewarded nothing.
8. But for last couple of weeks the app isn't working! It allows you to scan but then says some problem and goes back to home screen☹️Ever since most recent uodate, app does not work.
9. lately, last few months, many receipts are being tagged as Duplicates, even though they are clearly not dupes.
10. However I find it funny that whenever I attempt to enter a longer (2+ image), higher value receipt ($100+) it NEVER goes through (and yes I try to resend it later in the day or the next day or two after).
11. Hate the 20 receipt limit on the the grocery part and all the sweepstakes entries.
Please confirm that this program is still operating. Our information is dated. Before releasing to our school community, I'd like to confirm the program still is in place. Thank you
I do not have a problem but I just wanted to know how do I sign up my school for shoparoo and what is the benefits for the student as well as the school.
