1. We have only lost trust in the app as we find this annoying.Made a booking without the final charged amount displayed (total price: xxx with taxes and fees, but did not state how much the taxes and fees are until the booking is confirmed.) Worse still, it's a non refundable booking.

2. I booked a hotel reservation which was supposed to be a good price but they didn't include taxes and other stuff that don't show up until the final phase of payment, not only that it's so down in the bottom that you wouldn't see it and pay attention to.

1. Fix Agoda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Agoda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Agoda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Agoda" » Open Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Agoda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Agoda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Agoda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Agoda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Agoda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Agoda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Agoda not working

2. Fix Agoda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Agoda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Agoda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Agoda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
