I have the app set to recognize my fingerprint instead of having to enter login info manually...I keep getting an error message that my session has expired & I need to log back in...it's a loop that doesn't allow me to login in! Frustrating!!!Upon finishing reading some of the othet comments on here, I've realized I'm having the same exact problems as the last two people that left comments.. I.E. This app used to work just fine before approx.

2. Powerley, can you confirm if you are allowed to suggest other ZWave apps to work with the Energy Bridge? If so, please let AEP support know these alternatives to better serve their customers.

3. I don't use the app, but the company adds all sorts of extra fees and charges (including a fee for not using a bank account and a "customer charge"), often doubles/triples your actual usage costCan not get it to work.

4. November, and now all of a sudden you see "Sorry, something went wrong and your task did not complete." This app was incredibly useful at one point in its life, I'd love to see that continue...Would be nice to actually see what caused the power outages rather than TBD.

11. I can log in through the browser but can't add a payment method! I'm not being charged to pay a bill I'm already being overcharged on.

1. Fix AEP Ohio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AEP Ohio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AEP Ohio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AEP Ohio" » Open AEP Ohio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AEP Ohio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AEP Ohio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AEP Ohio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AEP Ohio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AEP Ohio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AEP Ohio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AEP Ohio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AEP Ohio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AEP Ohio not working

2. Fix AEP Ohio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AEP Ohio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AEP Ohio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AEP Ohio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
