This is for Android if it makes a difference.love it so far! what an amazing idea to keep my emails of coupon subscriptions and ads that I do sometimes want and need, but don't want to clutter my main, work, or personal email- keep them all seperate with adkaddy! it hasn't caused any problems so far, I'm loving it all the way! great job with adkaddy!Each time I've attempted to use this service my emails do not load, but I receive notifications.

Also, the button to add a profile picture only lets me open camera apps, meaning I can't upload a picture that I have already taken or downloaded.Alright, so after using the app for a while, heres some thoughts: when it works, its great! good way of decluttering my actual inbox while also making it easier to read thru brand emails but uh.

3. It's really not worth fixing at this point, Gmail is more reliable for me.So it's a great idea but I honestly thought it would allow me to sync my current email and then it will filter out the ads, basically you just use the adkaddy email address you get when you sgin up for stuff on a website.

4. No updates needed on phone or app.I support the developers and feel this app has great potential especially after incorporating itself as a service within my GMail app so I can easily switch subscriptions to Adkaddy.

5. Now the only issue is lack of sort options which leaves me hunting for emails in a huge mess of unimportant spam which is a disservice to this amazing app.

8. I've had one order confirmation that is under the marketing tab and another email from a different company that is an account update email in the order tab.

10. 2nd, my tracker blocked application has blocked 2416 trackers from adkaddy in the last couple hours.

1. Fix AdKaddy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AdKaddy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AdKaddy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AdKaddy" » Open AdKaddy: Declutter your Inbox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AdKaddy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AdKaddy: Declutter your Inbox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AdKaddy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AdKaddy: Declutter your Inbox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AdKaddy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AdKaddy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AdKaddy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AdKaddy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AdKaddy not working

2. Fix AdKaddy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AdKaddy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AdKaddy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AdKaddy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
