Big thanks to all developers.This app is super convenient but there's just one problem and the main reason I didn't give this app a 5 star rating so when choose the video you want to edit it doesn't show you the video instantly but after 7-8 minutes which really annoys me and it doesn't let me edit the video which bothers me aswell please fix this issue thank you.I got charged for the trial period on my credit card when the app clearly states that if I cancel atleast a day before a specific period I won't be charged.

2. If the refund is made by the developer then I will delete this 1 Star review.Hi, this app is pretty good it's a really good app which helps me a lot with my editings, but recently I've facing a problem which is I can't export my video anymore.

3. For example, when I have a 1-2 minute video to slowdown which is like 5 minutes with the smooth slow-motion, it takes like 3 minutes to export and the slowmo is smooth.

4. I used to use an app called, "smooth slowmo" but it tooks ages for a video to export.

5. If you go to frame conversion, and convert your video, it might look like its in slow motion after you the ai does the work, but after you save it will be perfect and not slowed down.

6. Everyone who edit video should at least test in trial period during which you get it all.

7. For example, if the video was 20/30 seconds, it would take an hour to export.

8. Like when i want to speed down a video to the speed of 1.25, i just need to type the number in.

9. This saved my sanity.This is app is honestly life changing, it improves your video a lot.

10. I canceled a couple of hours into my trial period and therfore I should not have been charged.

1. Fix Time Cut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Time Cut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Time Cut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Time Cut" » Open Time Cut : Smooth Slow Motion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Time Cut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Time Cut : Smooth Slow Motion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Time Cut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Time Cut : Smooth Slow Motion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Time Cut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Time Cut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Time Cut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Time Cut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Time Cut not working

2. Fix Time Cut Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Time Cut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Time Cut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Time Cut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
