1. Glad I didn't sign up for the Big Brother watchdog "discount" app...who knows what kind of hot mess that is?App update, still buggy, not very useful, scrolling down after logging into account, app takes you back to near top to paid bill, hard if not impossible to find out what date you next bill is due.

2. If I try logging via browser (pick any browser, I have tried all), the website keeps asking for the password, no matter how many times you entered.This app doesn't work worth a darn.

3. Says next payment due date is the following month, last payment shows as previous month's payment and account is paid up to date, but yet current month's is not yet deducted since it's due date is a couple of days away.

7. I also can't even download the auto insurance ID cards to my phone.Worthless. I can't save digital ID cards within the app.

8. On one trip it says I was distracted by handling my phone or taking a call when I didn't even touch my phone.

9. Useless app, needs fixed!!! Update: After 3 months, app still not fixed! Still useless!! Obviously the developers don't check the reviews of their product, or they just don't care!!Not very user friendly.

10. After you enter your username and password, a message appears that says "Something went wrong" to contact them.

11. There's contact info and roadside service without logging in, but cannot view ID cards.
