Why should I report an Issue with GPU Mark - Benchmark?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Pika App to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

The completion percentage is not present properly.nice app, 261 fps max , 105 average, 49 min , I got on my s8plus, I got 323fps max , 186 average , 53 min , on my other phone s9plus, but I have a question, is that gpu ram true , gpu truly has ram by itself?? or that much RAM is used by gpu and it's amount of useable RAM for GPU?????? which gpu only can use that amount???????????fake fps.. it show 100+ fps but feels like 25fps and super stuttering Adreno 540.

2. tried this on Nox Player and even worse.. msi show fixed 60fps with sync ON but this fake app show 100+fps.Bought the premium version.

3. 6) worth testing things are premium only.Barely does what it's supposed to- except play ads.

4. 2)test results are too much in accurate than compared to antutu and other apps 3) graphic quality is worst.

5. I understand about some bottlenecks but I find the CPU hardly the problem.Just another cookie cutter benchmark tool that is unfinished.

6. Benchmark view is a poor comparison to the likes of Valley.worth giving 0 stars.

7. It does stress hardware to a point but it is not using to its full potential.

8. Some how all the ones that are using the exact same engine and layout as this one can't stop the screen from going to sleep.

9. Leaderboard shows just 10 entries and does not scroll.

10. why- 1) you can't test your phone offline.

1. Fix GPU Mark Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPU Mark: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPU Mark App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPU Mark" » Open GPU Mark - Benchmark » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPU Mark » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPU Mark - Benchmark app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPU Mark servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPU Mark - Benchmark" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPU Mark app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPU Mark might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPU Mark. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPU Mark then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPU Mark not working

2. Fix GPU Mark Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GPU Mark be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GPU Mark not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GPU Mark may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
