1. Sidenote, the app asked for my location using the following reason: which animal cards are available in my region, I am not convinced.It's says you need a serial number which is on the back of the flash cards but there isn't one so my children can't use the cards as it keeps popping up wanting the number.

2. also, the cards I bought do not have a Serial number on it! I emailed the company 5 months ago and never heard back.

3. I caked it twice on the instruction card it only show how to use the card like open the app, scan, and etc, but no serial number.Got recommended about this app.

4. Being honest this was just a waste of cash.I bought the app to get the full features few months ago, and now I cannot get the features I paid for on my new phone.

5. But i cant find a saved video on my phone... not in my gallery nor my files.

1. Fix Animal 4D+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animal 4D+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animal 4D+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animal 4D+" » Open Animal 4D+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animal 4D+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animal 4D+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animal 4D+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animal 4D+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animal 4D+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animal 4D+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Animal 4D+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Animal 4D+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Animal 4D+ not working

2. Fix Animal 4D+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Animal 4D+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Animal 4D+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Animal 4D+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
