1. More cards than I expected.Cannot get the app to work, it just keeps buffering! Very disappointedActally pretty good, didn't know where to find the dinosaurs at first but then I found them :D it also has tts (text to speech)Update: Downloaded update dated 09/03/2019 but now app crashes when trying to open it.

2. I'm not sure what happened but now that the camera isn't spinning its my daughter is having a blast using it again.Every time you open it, it has to scan local content taking 15-20 seconds on the latest s22 ultra.

3. So five stars if it works, two until then.My daughter got this for her birthday from her grandparents and the initial install and first time trying it worked great.

8. After that we had a bunch of issues with the camera spinning rapidly whenever you wanted to go into the VR mode.

9. We got in touch with the developers right away and they offered up all the same solutions that we had already tried and none of them fixed the issues.

1. Fix Dinosaur 4D+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dinosaur 4D+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dinosaur 4D+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dinosaur 4D+" » Open Dinosaur 4D+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dinosaur 4D+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dinosaur 4D+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dinosaur 4D+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dinosaur 4D+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dinosaur 4D+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dinosaur 4D+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dinosaur 4D+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dinosaur 4D+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dinosaur 4D+ not working

2. Fix Dinosaur 4D+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dinosaur 4D+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dinosaur 4D+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dinosaur 4D+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
