1. EVERYTIME I go to the Car Wash my App NEVER Opens so I have to just forget it and just go ahead and proceed because I am holding up the line.. I even try when I'm close and already there and I can never seem to get my app to open.. I've updated it Uninstalled it and it still doesn't do right.. I'm just going to uninstall and forget about it!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!Love the app! However, I have learned that one of the Zips in my town has a scanner that won't scan my phone.

Was 5 stars, just went to 1.. it no longer gives the code to enter, lost one free wash, trying to find out why.The wash is satisfactory, but the Cartersville, GA location does not have a flat scanner, soooo... you honk the horn, and wait while four or five cars enter the line ahead of you before the attendant eventually makes his/her way to you, and eventually overrides the gate control.

3. EDIT: The developer says the app did not charge my credit card, Zips Car Wash did.

4. Also other dirt that didn't even get touched was left behind before the buffer, very distant with ZipsI downloaded the app but did not like the fact that I had to give my card number, so I uninstalled.

5. I was disappointed especially since you just opened a new car wash in my town.Why is so hard to speak with someone regarding updating my monthly auto draft? And please invest in a better/decent app.

6. And you basically have to go through Fort Knox to locate a price list!! Come on... It's 2021!!Before the new management came in and it was Jett wash, your car came out cleaner and the blower at the end really dried your car.

7. Clunky resolution.Once again my car is not clean, tried a differnt location and what seems to be Zips standards some piece of equipment is not working.

9. So, it would be nice if that one would upgrade so that I can scan my phone.Charged my credit card even after i removed it.

10. There should be another way to earn rewards without your credit card having to be linked due to all the hacking and fraud that occurs these days.

11. This time the shine buffer at the end only had 1 bufferr spinning and the one not spinning left a large steak of dirt down the side of my car.
