Why should I report an Issue with DaMixhub - Mixtapes & Music?

1. Hope this helps the next person looking for a complete music downloader.Use to be a damn good app 2 years ago, but nowadays when you try and download the songs it'll keep going and download 3-4 times over making you irritated, because now you have to delete each song by three's or more in order to have just one song added to your play list, that's honestly the only thing i dont like about it now other than that you'll find what your looking for here ✍🏾This app has a bug in it, each time that you download an album, it will download each song about 6_7 times.

When fixed, I will give a total 5-star ratingI Used other mixtape download apps but out the 🔵 they all changed and they took features away nor do they fix bugs with updates it gets worse instead of my music downloads going to my files then to "music apps" [ideal place to have music go right? kinda in the name.] Well WRONG you can ONLY download songs and play'em in the APP.

I have to clear all my apps, basically reset the app to get back to the main page again... please fix.You can actually download the songs,but they download 6 to 7 times over..Which is annoying to erase the extra songs...Then once you do erase the extra songs,it comes back and takes the songs you wanted to keep.

4. Great application though, thank you.This app is saucy but when I hit the download button and it goes to where you download the songs it wont back out of that when I'm done.

5. If this is fixed the app rating would definitely go up.A few years ago it was perfect but now sometimes all the songs you want won't download all the way.

6. How Bout ItSongs are good, deadass the only issue is that when I download a song, it disappears within a week.

7. It just crashes after you download music.... I think it just needs a serious update far as that.I'm TU for DaMixHub app whole lots.

1. Fix DaMixhub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DaMixhub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DaMixhub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DaMixhub" » Open DaMixhub - Mixtapes & Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DaMixhub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DaMixhub - Mixtapes & Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DaMixhub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DaMixhub - Mixtapes & Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DaMixhub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DaMixhub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DaMixhub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DaMixhub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DaMixhub not working

2. Fix DaMixhub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DaMixhub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DaMixhub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DaMixhub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
