Why should I report an Issue with Spinrilla - Mixtapes & Music?

Can you guys fix this issue cuz I know I'm not the only one..also can't view my playlistGood app but it needs to be enhanced to perform better and android devices the older versions were quite decent but this newer version (which has a nice layout n ui) moves slower and had a slow reaction time when going to downloaded songs I believe this is an awesome app if those major errors get repaired that'd really make this app more of a nice experienceokay so like, it takes up a lot of storage but also plays songs offline which i like.

2. Why can you guys from Spinrilla make the app like Spotify ? Spotify i love that'z why i pay for the app i can cast it to my Chromecast but Spinrilla just sucks all up in sky hellApp doesnt even play music .

3. It won't save to the playlist.I've always been a fan of Spinrilla but that advertisement for offline music play is false.

4. There is a new lag that is happening between songs, I don't know why you guys have to show an app everytime to play a song.

5. i have to manually go to the playlist add songs and sift through everything to find a the song I was listening to vs previously when listening to a song you can hit the three dots and add to playlist, much easier.

6. But the developers have gotten greedy (just like they always do) you have download caps per day, they've removed a lot of music, in fact they don't keep a lot of older stuff so enjoy it while it is up.

7. My music doesn't even load up for me to to try and play it offline.

8. but after recent updates I can no longer add songs to playlist from just listening to each song.

9. i used it for a whole year last year and now im downloading it again!App Is good for finding new music and obviously mixtapes.

10. Sometimes doesn't play music at all and seems to freeze up.

11. If I use wifi and start it then it works fine after I disconnect but if I don't do it like that then it just doesn't work at all.the app is so far so cheap you can't cast to a Google Chromecast.

1. Fix Spinrilla Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spinrilla: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spinrilla App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spinrilla" » Open Spinrilla - Mixtapes & Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spinrilla » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spinrilla - Mixtapes & Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spinrilla servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spinrilla - Mixtapes & Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spinrilla app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spinrilla might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spinrilla. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spinrilla then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spinrilla not working

2. Fix Spinrilla Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spinrilla be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spinrilla not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spinrilla may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
