1. As of the writing , patience has worn very thin and don't care what direction my phone points, just want this damn app to work!!The app worked fine when I first downloaded it, but now, when I click on the app for minutes on in, all I get is the Hancock-Whitney logo.
2. Last time when taking the picture of the check, it kept telling me to "move closer" but any closer and you wouldn't be able to see the whole check.
3. This has happened FOUR TIMES!! At this moment I'm locked out cause of problems with last update.May UPDATE: WOW! I love the update.
4. Now once the patience has worn very thin and the stars have aligned correctly AND your phone is pointing in the right direction, then and only then will the app work properly.
5. This time, it takes the picture with no issue but the picture doesn't upload.
6. If you ever really need to check your balances for some reason, it's almost a guarantee it's gonna not work.
7. As of 2/10/2023: Mobile deposit still doesn't work for me.For the most part it's a good app.
8. And if you are working on it or you know there are issues how about notifying users so we know that you are aware if the problems and fixing them?I've never had as much trouble with any app, ever.
9. I can't log in half the time, each loading screen takes ages only to be told you can't use any of the functions at this time.
10. Front works ok but when you turn the check over to do the back it isn't working right.
11. Now, all I get when I attempt to launch the app, is a solid white screen that has the Hancock Whitney logo on it.
