1. I forgot to mention that I love Hancock as a bank.Fix MOBILE DEPOSIT!! This app was bad in 2018, them was great for about two years and now it won't take mobile deposits anymore.
2. bad customer service.Horrible...it continously give an error messge, invalid information or password or ask for different security questions!!...Frustrating, not able to check balances.
3. Needs to be re-engineered.Hancock whitney holds funds for several days after check is deposited and funds have been paid to them.
4. It came out of the companies account at 230pm on date of deposit... Yet Hancock whitney has a fund's hold on said funds.
5. So I need some help finding out why in the deposit function when I am photoing the check it won't snap the picture of the check.
6. Finally I unistalled the app, restarted my phone and reinstalled it, hoping this would correct the issue... I'm right back at the continual Update loop again.OK, once again I take an update that's supposed to be faster and guess what, it's not.
7. I've been with Hancock for years and used the mobile app for deposits without a hitch, I mean it's all worked very well up until the past couple days.
8. ** 5/26 Update - The developer/bank commented on my negative review below on 5/20, I emailed from the email we use for our banking as requested, no response.
9. It flips right back to the deposit page without taking the picture time after time.
10. Incase someone from Whitney is reading this, I'm on a Samsung S7 and I've never had this problem with any other apps (several of which are financial and require the same finger print to open).
11. It's taking me 10 minutes to deposit 2 checks.This has become the worst app I've ever used in 13 years.
