1. If this is an indication of how the new "Enhanced Plan" will work; HEAVEN HELP US!Since updating to Android Pie, this app keeps showing an error message when trying to open it.
2. Have not found a way to change the temporary password.App was great at the beginning, but now it's been almost a month and the app does not allow me to view providers.
3. Continues to tell me my old password is wrong! Does not allow me to sign in.
4. Then, it does not allow me to renew my password saying the answer to my secret question is incorrect.
5. "Can not use the the last 24 passwords is dumb" plus I put in a password that I had to write down because I got it off of a tv show and NEVER been used before but I still get the same error message.
6. And my wife has some medical issues that it seems Emblem increasingly pays less while You the patient pays more.I have to reset the password about 7 times and I am still not able to log in.
7. It is always asking me for the username and password and does no go beyond that step.
8. The healthcare is difficult to navigate and the app or the website makes it even harder and more stressful.The connection to my pharmacy benefits (Express Scripts) did not work.
9. First it tells me I must renew my password.
10. The app was good but now when resetting my password it constantly rejects no matter what.
11. Please, make it a priority to fix this, particularly when you are sending me an email telling me to sign in, that I have a very important message.
