I have not bought anything yet, but my friends have and they absolutely love it so much❤️ 🔥I downloaded it all excited to get a Hoody every where I looked everything is sold out .. get in once to see everything's sold out ... then I keep getting stuck on the open page just keeps saying can't play videoI absolutely love it! You can access their shop way faster on the app, but not as fast as the sold out, BRAND NEW MERCH, THAT LITERALLY CAME OUT TODAY.

So at this moment it looks like they stole my money.Amazing app, so much better than using the browser version, but it won't open for me, it always gets stuck on the cover photo, no loading circle of death or loading bar, just the picture of Sam and Colby with XPLR over the image and im sad because I want to look at all the amazing merxh they've got.It's a great app.

3. Did y'all cancel the app or something? I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling but now it won't let download it anymoreEasy to navigate and when I emailed regarding an inquiry (whether or not they displayed prices in different currencies; they don't but still a great app!) I received a rapid reply taking only a few minutes and the email was both friendly and informative.

4. I bought 3 pairs of their socks cause they are soooo comfortable omg.It's a good app to have, but I am having an issue with my order.

5. It's just the loading page of sam and Colby with the big lettering of XPLR.

6. Sam and Colby are my favorite creators and you can get any of their merch at any time you want.

7. Uninstalling doesn't work.all the Sam and Colby merch is on there and it's making everything a hundred times easier.

1. Fix XPLR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart XPLR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XPLR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XPLR" » Open XPLR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XPLR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XPLR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XPLR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XPLR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XPLR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XPLR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XPLR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XPLR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XPLR not working

2. Fix XPLR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XPLR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XPLR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XPLR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
