They just need to iron out quite a few bugs.I am paying for this app I have it on my 12 year old son's phone , I really dislike that messages don't show who wrote what i have to guess who said what , the same messages get repeated 20 time at a time , one text seemed as it was sent to multiple people but in reality it was only sent to one person , it's just confusing most of the time, I am really close to giving up and canceling my subscription if these problems don't get fixed soon!Cannot evalute without paying + seems strange that the cost depends on the number of kids.

2. It tells me my child took photos but won't show me the photos, snap doesn't work at this point I want my money back! I have contacted customer service and NOTHING they tell me the same things all the time and it still DOES NOT WORK.

3. Excellent app for the first 3 months, now I feel like I'm being let downThis app is complete garbage when I first got the app over a year ago it was great! Now for the past 2 months I can't view anything nothing is accurate and it won't even let me push the location button I setup.

4. It glitches, does not show all of her content, misses messages and photos, and is not accurate or timely with her location.

5. Not happy to be paying for this and not getting what I've paid forI thought this would be the best app to monitor my child's phone activity.

1. Fix Parental Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parental Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parental Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parental Control" » Open Parental Control for Families » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parental Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parental Control for Families app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parental Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parental Control for Families" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parental Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parental Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parental Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parental Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parental Control not working

2. Fix Parental Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parental Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parental Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parental Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
