Good to have it installed in my smart phone.Nope, this app is a waste of time.... can't get rid of it if you lose your phone and I don't have a use for spying on my children anyways lol GET THIS APP OFF MY CHILD AND MY OLD PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FamilyKeeper is an amazing app.. It's a parental control tool to protect children from online threats..I found it really useful for myself.. Highly recommended.

1. Fix FamilyKeeper Child Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FamilyKeeper Child: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FamilyKeeper Child App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FamilyKeeper Child" » Open FamilyKeeper Child » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FamilyKeeper Child » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FamilyKeeper Child app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FamilyKeeper Child servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FamilyKeeper Child" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FamilyKeeper Child app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FamilyKeeper Child might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FamilyKeeper Child. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FamilyKeeper Child then reinstall.
