1. I need her complete web search as it happens and content of texts sent and received.it was great during the trial period but I upgraded to premium but it won't let me access premium features...I've tried contacting support and I've never heard back so I'm cancelling for that reason.
2. If you want an app you don't have to interact with, double check that ot is still working, and reapply the same settings regularly, try the other similar apps.On the surface the app works great, then I found out how many ways around it there are.
3. But come to find out that it works perfectly, unless the child creates a 2nd user profile on the phone (feature in Android), in which case the app doesn't work at all.
4. I would suggest that for the app control that you adjust it so you can control certain things like what new app they want to download or the restrictions on phone settings app needs to be expanded.
5. Also something which I didn't like is one of the hyperlinks brings you to PayPal to send a fee? I thought this was weird and makes me question if its a "pay for service " which is an unofficial approach?!I have been searching for a parental App since long and finally selected this one after some research.
6. Picture in picture will still work, the links can be accessed through messenger, and if he restarts the phone in safe mode the app is still accessible.
7. Great concept but I'm not going to keep paying for something that I can't access all features for.
8. A twelve year old figured out at least three ways that I know of to continue to watch YouTube after I had it blocked.
9. Not worth it.Last couple months I have to email them to get them to reactivate my subscription.
10. Way too easy to manipulate for any kid and needs to be fixed for this app to get even 2 stars. The app itself is quite good, lots of options to play around with to suit everyone's requirements.
11. Not this time though.I thought this had promise at first, and even purchased a premium subscription.
