1. I need this resolved asap!Though mommies have a platform to share over here i feel happy ...but app needs still more clarification for usage.. it looks very clumsy and confused to use ...I have using this app 2years i uploaded all my baby growth in this app only ,now the app does not work check it out i have installed from another phone also the app didn't loginIt is an amazing parenting app providing me solutions on daily basis based on my kid's growth.

Stay away from this app.Its amazing app but sir i was using this app for a long time but iv changed my mobile set and shifted all apps in it but when iv entered the user name and password for babygogo app it gives the error that " app is not setup.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Babygogo Parenting - Baby Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Babygogo Parenting - Baby Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Babygogo Parenting - Baby Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
