Why should I report an Issue with Points - Behavior Task Rewards?

Some area can be improve.After initially struggling to navigate a few aspects of account( accidently deleting data and not knowing how to change password) I contacted the manufacturers of this product and received prompt input with screen shots and helpful info on running this app so could not fault them or their product which is perfect for what I needed it for.Well done, makers and publishers.

2. Is that where youd get the history of rewards? Or is there a way to see rewards under statistics.It is a decent app with some good functionalities like adding your own good and bad behavior categories and your own rewards; the ability to add another parent, teacher or the kid.

3. Also, I wish you could change the work list area to a list format instead of scrolling side to side - it would make it much faster to allocate points.

4. Could you please fix this? I plan on buying the full version! I really love it and it would be perfect if it weren't for that.This app has really helped me to establish healthy routines with my kids.

5. Overall the stats and report feat is very poor and useles.Please add captions visibility for rewards so we know which rewards are being used.

6. I like that kids works, rewards, deletion can be independent.

7. The only thing I wish you would change is that there doesn't seem to be a way to delete just *one* point if you accidentally add one, without clearing all the points/progress.

1. Fix Points Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Points: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Points App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Points" » Open Points - Behavior Task Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Points » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Points - Behavior Task Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Points servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Points - Behavior Task Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Points app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Points might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Points. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Points then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Points not working

2. Fix Points Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Points be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Points not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Points may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
