1. The library part is a bit superficial though, learning that one might have negative thinking due to low self esteem is pretty much stress inducing... I would rather add practical examples of how one could deal with emotions and stress (e.g. embedded in a real story) and not just plain explanations.I have been using the app for 3 weeks and have semi enjoyed using it.
2. I did it without any patches or gums which I was offered, but if I take essentials 1 lessons in the app, thats more than enough wisdom to help me quit cold turkey.App is limited, kinda buggy.. tried to join a call but was stuck in waiting room, never got connected.
3. I'm really hoping I don't get charged like some others!Quit Genius, Who me Lol 😆 More like everyone who has any bad habits 😜 that needs some fundamental motivation to help on the process of quitting vaping.
4. After using it for an hour or so, I kept having notifications pop up over the page saying that I had to join a subscription of $60/3 months.
5. Great I have quit smoking so am saving money, shown by the app (great that it keeps tabs on this kind of info) but now I have to pay for better features so am no longer saving as much money.
6. I have been trying to cut back/quit smoking for months, and since I wasn't cutting back much on my own I thought I would download an app to help.
7. Today, my second day using it, I woke up to my PayPal account notifying me that I have been charged $60.
8. And I only just started using this thing.I've just started my smoke free journey.
9. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to quit.Dr. David Crabtree is amazing, my counselor Peyton is amazing.
10. After hours of realizing that I couldn't pass it, I decided to stop using it.
11. I would've been fine spending money on something that truly helps me, but I don't think this app is nearly worth $20 a month.
