Why should I report an Issue with Sound Box?

It's a pretty good app but have some missing features like,pausing the song automatically when the headphone disconnects, continue the song after something interrupts it.. it's just a convenience issue but it's pretty good nonetheless.It's a very good app unless if u could add the feature of downloading the songs on the phone too, it would be very helpful and more better, thx ~❤️it gives pure sound , more like spotify xD, but I was hoping if u could change the design a bit different than cinema box and if u could add more electronic music and some metal and some unlike Pluto or krewella xDThe app is not showing the download list when it's installed on new android phones .

1. Fix Sound Box Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sound Box: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sound Box App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sound Box" » Open Sound Box » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sound Box » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sound Box app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sound Box servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sound Box" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sound Box app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sound Box might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sound Box. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sound Box then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sound Box not working

2. Fix Sound Box Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sound Box be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sound Box not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sound Box may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
