About App Manager

1. The application quickly lists all the installed applications on the user's device, displaying information about each application allowing the users to choose whether to un-install, backup or read detailed information about each application.

1. Backup/restore APK works well, as does Uninstall (it can even uninstall itself !) It would be nice to see system apps though, and also if the app could remember last sort method.After reading the description I knew that apps must be in internal storage .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix App Manager Issues

1. Fix App Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart App Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App Manager" » Open App Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear App Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check App Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall App Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing App Manager not working


2. Fix App Manager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make App Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to App Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, App Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
