1. Check phone download history and it never downloaded.I am a low-income student seeking all the study material you guys(mobile developss, webmasters, and media producers.) 4. When I click on a document to download I receive a push notification informing me it is downloading.

1. Fix College Course Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart College Course Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the College Course Notes App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for College Course Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear College Course Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from College Course Notes servers.
