1. The search engine isn't particularly intuitive (you often have to know the exact name) and I really hate that when looking for items, especially for click and collect, the search contains lots of items not even sold by B&Q.

2. Make it make sense.Only used it to search for items, check availability in store, and scan my club card at the till so far.

3. Still needs work to make it customer friendly.My favourite feature of the app is the item locator as I am often popping in for bits and pieces and shopping doesn't come naturally to me, so it is nice to know I can be in and out.Waste of time.

4. I don't want to search through items sold by other people - if I did I'd go to ebay or Amazon.

5. It does a job though so can't rate 1 star.Really easy to use, helpful when trying to find stuff in store and I like the scan and go feature to get through check out easier.

6. It would be better if these were available in the app, so I don't have to search my emails.Why cancel my account just cos I haven't used it for a while? Isn't that the point of having an app? So I it's there when I want it.

1. Fix B&Q Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart B&Q: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the B&Q App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "B&Q" » Open B&Q: DIY, Gardening, Furniture » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for B&Q » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear B&Q: DIY, Gardening, Furniture app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from B&Q servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "B&Q: DIY, Gardening, Furniture" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check B&Q app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, B&Q might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall B&Q. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall B&Q then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing B&Q not working

2. Fix B&Q Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make B&Q be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to B&Q not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, B&Q may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
