1. Keeps saying "connecting" after every message I send and I have to continuously force the app close, reopen and login to send another and repeat for the entire duration of the conversation! Frustrating beyond words.Tried to update my card details and despite following the instructions the option to pdate my payment method wasn't there.
2. In other words, sending in chat messages didn't seem to refresh the log in session.The issue of not able to redeem rewards on the app has been there for 2 years! Not fixed.
3. I have received an email that tells me I can get a free flu vaccine by logging in to the My Medibank App (oddly not called My Medibank on the Android homescreen.). Then told to click 'Shop rewards'.
4. 😡 Update: second time of having to change my direct debit details and again the option is not there because the last payment failed.
5. Even if I move to a different section of the app and return to the chat screen I have to log back in as the messages don't load.
6. It almost looked like the log in session expired midway through my conversations with the customer agent and that there's only a very loose connection between the chat and the rest of the app.
7. I recently tried to use the chat functionality on the app to get in touch with a customer agent and after a few minutes the chat froze.
8. Guess I'll be setting aside another hour of my time for what should be a 5 minute conversation!So bad it makes me want to quit Medibank.
9. Can't even get my points each week even though I go to the gym 4 days a week and hit my steps every single day.When chatting to customer service via the app I constantly have to log back in every time I move away from the app.
10. Went for a 1hr 20 minute walk this morning shows up in samsung health & google fit yet according to medibank did 30min.
11. This problem starts at the home screen.Your chat function is the worst.
