Why should I report an Issue with HueHive: Color Palette Manager?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Croma-app to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. You can choose a color and they can make palettes based on that color (which I think is a cool feature.) Or another cool feature is where you can customize your own palette.

2. Won't even alter the palette setting on phoneIt's a good app, but the fact that the palette's only consist of 3 colors when you take them from images isn't very appealing.

3. Simple if you looking for black and white extrapolated image rendering inside your space.Awful. You can't make the color pallette at all.

6. One thing that I wish could be added is when you customize your own palettes, there are many colors, however there is no black and white.

7. You just get to search for presets depending on one color you chose or you get to see the list of colors in a picture.

1. Fix HueHive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HueHive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HueHive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HueHive" » Open HueHive: Color Palette Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HueHive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HueHive: Color Palette Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HueHive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HueHive: Color Palette Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HueHive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HueHive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HueHive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HueHive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HueHive not working

2. Fix HueHive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HueHive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HueHive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HueHive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
