1. Saved many trips to the store.. The scanner stopped working for me a few weeks ago .. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and still nothing!! Very disappointingThe app sucks, the scan tool works 2% of the time, but tells you your doing it wrong, u line the bar code up with the bar code on the screen, it doesn't matter the light or the angle of the camera it works when it wants to or not at all.

2. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled several times; It's now been over two months not working--and the app really doesn't have ANY purpose other than to scan tickets.

3. The stars have to be properly aligned in order for this app to scan tickets - and i have a top of the line phone! New update now does not scan with a clear and focused shot, and the light wont turn on.

4. @NY Lottery, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix the scanner!Had this app for well over a year (maybe two?) and able to scan tickets with no problem.

5. The coder should test his/her work before releasingIt seems to take an hour to try and scan one ticket! The scratch off game app takes seconds to scan.

6. And it's not the phone I've it on my work phone also and on my iPad and it does the samething doesn't work.Like everyone else, the main use for this is the ticket scanner.

7. I have an android and if I didn't scan tickets for a while, I'd have to go to Settings, then Apps, then the NY Lottery App, clear the cache and force the app to stop.

8. Also, it's ridiculous to have to sign in all the time manually to scan tickets, instead of the app remembering your credentials.

9. I was able to scan 10/10 tickets, including the ones the scanners at the stores couldn't read.

10. I'm still hoping the functionality comes back soon.So, I decided to give the app another shot now that I realized I can scan tickets.
