Why should I report an Issue with Nostalgia: Make Family Photos ?

1. By the time I uploaded the other photos, the first one changed from 35 minutes to now being the same 721 minutes as the rest of them and they've been there for almost nine hours! Why bother having an app if you don't serve the people that use it?Terrible experience.

So the promise of seeing pictures of deceased loved ones faces move again,but only if you pay $7.99 a month....what a scam!😡This app is terrible, once you find a picture you want to edit it takes FOREVER and when I mean forever I mean I had the app on for an hour waiting to see a picture and it still wasn't done, don't waste time on this app it isn't worth it.Love it! So simple.

Just go to the website!You get put in a queue to have your photo processed and the wait time to see the finished photo is way too long, was always way over two hours so always gave up and never actually saw a finished photo!Not free at all! You can't use it unless you sign up for $7.99 monthly subscription.

4. The next time I uploaded a picture a few days later I was first in the queue and would take only five minutes.

5. I uploaded some photos and their que position started with a wait time of around 35 minutes.

6. I uploaded two pictures one day and I was 900 and something in the queue and would take 725 minutes for completion.

7. Overall this app didn't work for me.Garbage. The processing time is ridiculous.

8. Maybe it works if you sign up for a subscription, but definitely doesn't work to even see if it works.Easy to use.

9. I've asked my mother to send me a photo of her beautiful mother for me to surprise her.

1. Fix Nostalgia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nostalgia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nostalgia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nostalgia" » Open Nostalgia: Make Family Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nostalgia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nostalgia: Make Family Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nostalgia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nostalgia: Make Family Photos " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nostalgia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nostalgia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nostalgia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nostalgia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nostalgia not working

2. Fix Nostalgia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nostalgia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nostalgia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nostalgia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
